RETURN POLICY

At INDLYF, we offer the flexibility of returning and refunding products, provided they meet certain conditions and are in good, resaleable condition. If you encounter a defective product, please contact us via email at care@indlyf.co.in

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is undamaged, in excellent condition, and meets the following criteria for eligibility:

1. The product should be unused and in pristine condition.
2. The original product seal, packaging, label, tags, logos, and boxes must be in their original, unaltered condition.

Once these eligibility criteria are met, you can securely repack the product and initiate the return process. Please note that product exchanges or replacements are contingent upon the availability of stock for the specific product, and the return must be completed before any exchange or refund can be processed.

Proper packaging is essential when returning the product to ensure it arrives in good condition. Customers are responsible for the safe return of the product, even if the courier leaves your premises. Upon receipt of the returned product, an inspection will be conducted to ensure that all components are intact before initiating an exchange or refund.

Products will not be eligible for return under the following conditions:

1. Damaged, misused, opened, or used products.
2. Returns based on preferences such as flavors, disliking, stomach upset, headache, brand preference, refusal by your physician, wrong product ordered, multiple products ordered by you or your family members, and any other personal reasons or problems. It is advisable to consult with a doctor before purchasing the product.
3. Products without seals, boxes, tags, and packaging accessories.

Please note that customers must initiate the return or exchange process within 14 days from the date of product delivery. After this period, the product will be considered sold, and no return, exchange, or refund will be initiated.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds for returned products will be processed only after the product reaches INDLYF in its original, intact condition as dispatched. Refunds, regardless of the type, will require a minimum processing period of 14 days from the time the product reaches its original destination in the case of returns or from the date of order placement in the case of order cancellations.
