DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information: INDLYF ships available in-stock items promptly. If a product is temporarily out of stock, customers will be notified, and the item will be shipped upon restocking. Refunds are issued for non-delivered prepaid orders.

To ensure nationwide coverage and speedy delivery, we collaborate closely with logistics partners, keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Order Processing: Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours based on pin-code serviceability. COD orders are sent after customer confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or call. We maintain constant communication through phone, email, and WhatsApp at each processing step.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days in A-1 & A-2 Metros. For other cities, it may take 4-5 business days. Ground-shipped orders may take 5-7 business days. Delivery to north-east/rural/restricted areas may take 7-10 days or longer.

Laws & Regulations: Customers are advised to be familiar with state sales rules. INDLYF is not responsible for shipment delays due to rule violations, restrictions, emergencies, or natural calamities.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes: Address changes are not possible post-dispatch. We don't ship to P.O. boxes. Exceptions must be reported within 24 hours.

Tracking Your Order: Tracking details are sent via email and WhatsApp. If undelivered or no tracking details received, contact customer support at +91 9997999332  or care@indlyf.co.in.
